Watch The Debt Payoff Page

With some minor issues involved, I was informed by the company with whom I have the large yearly contract, that this years contract will be paid on time, give or take a few days. The minor issues are that they thought my company was not enrolled in the direct deposit program, so it would take a few days with the proverbial 'cheque in the mail'. I quickly corrected my contact person that we have been enrolled in the direct deposit program for several years now, and have been receiving payments from them electronically for some time. I have to get in contact with someone else in another department to confirm this information, so that there is no further delay with the payment.

All of this to say that there will be some significant changes to the Financial Goals and Debt Payoff Pages within the next month or so while we move monies around to pay things off and meet savings goals. It feels so good knowing that this is going through as planned. It won't take us to debt free right away, but it will get us a lot closer to it.
